About
Zach Kirkpatrick is a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser serving the Houston, TX area with over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Texas State University and began his career in 2008 with the Gerald A. Teel Company, now Valbridge Property Advisors, as a commercial appraiser specializing in property appraisal for various asset types.
During his tenure, Zach gained extensive experience valuing a wide range of property types—including multi-family, industrial, office, land, subdivisions, triple net properties, and other complex assets. His clients have included local, regional, and national banks, mortgage companies, governmental agencies, developers, brokers, law firms, and private individuals. His real estate appraisal services have spanned Texas and neighboring states, giving him a deep understanding of diverse markets.
In 2020, Zach founded ZK Valuations, his independent appraisal firm specializing in both residential and commercial properties. Alongside his appraisal practice, Zach has been a licensed Realtor® since 2009 and co-owns a real estate company with his wife, guiding buyers and sellers through the ever-evolving market.
